Dr. Melinda de Mul
I am a dedicated veterinarian, specialized in treating exotic pets.
Professional Development
To keep my knowledge up-to-date I regularly attend conferences, workshops and online courses in the field of avian, reptile and exotic small mammal veterinary medicine. Here you can find my certificates listed.
Bulgarian Activities
Since 2021 I am a co-founder of Bunny Rescue Bulgaria and conduct many rabbit spays and neuters, as well as dental trimmings.
My Services
I offer a full range of services for your exotic pet. However some of the services listed are on referral basis (e.g. CT-scan, endoscopy).
Since the different locations have different equipment, the appointment location will depend on the required diagnostics.
Your Opinion Matters
I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Dr. de Mul for taking amazing care of my rabbits during the years, especially for Caramela and Bianca. I am so glad I found her. My rabbit Bianca wouldn’t have lived that long without her. Thank you for the endless hours of care. I appreciate everything you have done for my beloved bunnies.
Dr. de Mul is a doctor with great competence and knowledge, amazing attitude towards animals and great patience with the owners. She is a never-fail doctor to turn to for common guinea pig problems, but also for problems that require digging for additional information, that go beyond standard cases. She is the person whose opinion I rely on and trust for my piglets. I recommend her absolutely unreservedly to anyone with guinea pigs. She is absolutely amazing vet and person!
We love Dr. de Mul not only because she is an experienced well versed professional, but also because she is extremely diligent in her work and pours her heart and soul into it. She goes above and beyond for her patients and if needed supervises them at home after surgery. She never gives up and always looks for a solution. We appreciate that for our rescue bunnies. We want a vet who tries everything that’s medically possible and she is that person.
Today my best friend, rabbit Cherry, is healthy, happy and feeling wonderful. Thanks to the diligent and wonderful care that Dr. de Mul continues to provide for him. I have no words to describe how grateful I am for the care and attention she gives him. Thank you for always being there for us!
